If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, our simple process ensures a hassle-free experience for busy parents.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your Babiators in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt to ensure your return reaches our warehouse safely.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
